I'm looking to do something different with the turkey this year. Are'nt there some Cajun or other flavorful alternatives out there? And while we're at it, how about some other ideas for Thanksgiving dinner dishes?

Turkeys...deer...works just the same.

Try a Turducken. Its real. Its a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey. I am told it is really good having the 3 meats cooked together. I'm sure its a heart attack special but it sounds good. BTW guys....NY steak house just opened in Sheapshead Bay! hint hint.

Someone once told me how she basted her turkey with champagne & let it carmalize. She was a huge lush, but she said it was good.

My parents cook the turkey on a grill. It's [b]amazing[/b], juicy, tender...oh my goodness.

Marv: I would stuff it with a mix of blue cheese and cream cheese, nuts, bacon, celery and a touch of pepper. Or maybe prepare a glacing (you call it like that???) with orange juice,sake and soy sauce.
