I'm about to make a turkey sandwich with swiss melted over it in the microwave, tomatoes and a spread of that horseradish mayo. A side of stuffing and sweet potatoes. Washed down with a brewski. Now them's good eatin' [:p]

Turkey and Maytag blue with romaine and dijon mustard for me--had it with low fat potato chips. The leftover yams and stuffing as well as turkey is going back with me on my drive back to Oakland where I'll enjoy it in the middle of next week. [:D]

Italina sausage stuffing...Bensonhurst recipe...the best. Forget the turkey, I'm goin' straight to a stuffing sandwich.

LOL! My favorite leftover: a big bowl of stuffing with a lake of gravy in the middle. No turkey needed.

Me too! (With a side of cranberry sauce. Only Ocean Spray will do.) Thanksgiving is all about the stuffing.

That's really high class for a sandwich... [:D]
Generally I throw whatever food I find in the fridge into my sandwiches... I've ended up eating salad sandwiches. [:p]
