Peace everyone. Im just curious, coming from a country with predominant Catholics, i still have personal questions about God, ( but i wont tell you ). My apologies to those who might be offended.

So, what is your personal opinion about God. Does He really exist?

I you'll be so kind to state first your religion before answering. Atheist are most certainly welcome.

Of course he/she exists, being an NWO member and all. But right, he/she hasn't posted in quite awhile. Hmmm, should I worry? Would love a sign G. Thanks in advance.

It's a little tough for me to answer "what's your religion" in a single sentence since I'm coming from an unusual background (at least from an American standpoint), so bear with me.

A little background:
I was born to Buddhist parents (who came from country which was predominantly Buddhist). They choose to raise me without any religious teachings whatsoever. My dad looked at Buddhism as more of philosophy instead anyway. So, one could argue that Buddhism has somewhat (in a very subtle way) influenced my upbringing because of that.

Me today:
Agnostic. And I am happy about that.

Does God exist:
I don't know. I do not need to know. I'm not sure if we're MEANT to know. At least while we're on earth. I am less concerned about afterlife and more concerned about my conduct here on earth. That could change as I get older. But for now, I am content with this.

LOL.

Without an ounce of doubt, I can say there is no such animal as "god". It flies in the face of reason to even entertain any other possibility. As for my own beliefs, I believe in one thing - Myself - and there is no greater power than that.

While we're at it, there is also no Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, or Tooth Fairy.

The jury is still out on the existence of The Flying Spaghetti Monster

Have all of you watched the Da Vinci Code? Do you believe Jesus Christ is just a mortal man and not the Son Of God?

I have/ am no denomination. My mom is Catholic and my dad was ex-Mormon, and they did not raise us with any denomination whatsoever.

I'm between agnostic and atheist.
I don't believe in a God myself, but I cannot say that God doesn't exist for others. If others believe in God, who am I to say he doesn't exist ? God has no bearing on my life. I'm with motors and design femme in that I'm more concerned with my conduct in the here and now. That comes from yourself, not some fictionalized being.
