Al Gore is catching heat for his ongoing lectures on global warming, all the while zipping around in a Learjet spewing more CO2 than an L.A. freeway. Other examples of hypocrisy have been posted recently, by hypocrites, no doubt.
In an ideal world hypocrisy would not exist, but we're stuck with this one where it runs amok daily. But if we limit the debate to exclude any hint of hypocrisy we are left with silence.
I think Al Gore is right about global warming, and who am I to fault his lifestyle? If I had his jack I'd fly a learjet too. Yes, I am a hypocrite as well.
