about ten years ago, I had to reset the time on a digital clock. As anyone else would do, I checked the time on another timepiece. This was on a pager unit. I think the time was 2:05 pm. Resetting a digital clock should take no more than a minute to reset. Well, i began the process and set the clock to 2:06, which took about a minute. When I finished, i checked the time on the pager to see if the times were about the same. They werent. The digital clock was 2:06, the pager was 2:19. Where did the 13 minutes go ? Like I said, it only takes a minute maximum to set a clock......
