stack overflow message

I keep getting this window that says "Stack Overflow At Line 95" - when I clean the cache, it seems to resolve it, temporarily. But now Im getting "stack overflow at line 114". So what is this and how do I keep it from coming back? Do I have a hidden virus? someone said that something is using up the memory resource or something
