Although I don't care for Clemens, it was Piazza I lost respect for. On two seperate occasions, Clemens challenged Piazza's manhood. Once, he beaned him in the head, and, secondly, he threw the bat back at him.
Both times, Piazza cowered to Clemens. I'd have had more rspect for Piazza if he would have charged the mound and gotten his ass kicked. To show that much fear is much, much worse than any beating you may have taken.
