They are changing after all these years from "Always low Prices" to "Save Money. Live Better".

I find it amusing that the sort of people who complain about losing manufacturing jobs to China are the same people who buy the cheap crap at Walmart that gets imported from overseas. Walmart imports more containers of product to the US than any other company, followed closely by Home Depot and Target.
Vancouver is still proudly "Walmart free". Our city council continues to intentionally fuck them around on all their invasion plans.
