The guy gets into the question line, hands the lady behind him a videophone and asks her to video him quizzing Kerry.

Nice way to make sure there is video of his planned hysterics.

They waited too long to tazer him.

And start the pony-bitch whining? My 5 year old daughter doesn't whine like that.

At one point six security persons can't cuff a guy they are holding down on the floor. That's pathetic.

I'm just curious if the words "Don't Taze me, bro" have ever, in fact, prevented a tazing?[;)]

Yeah, that was hilarious...along with "is anybody watching this" line when he was first pulled away from the mike.

He didn't deserve to be tasered..nobody was in any danger. He asked good legit questions. It send me an uncomfortable message when this kind of conduct is hi-five by the masses.

Whose conduct? The moron who wanted his 15 minutes of fame, or the lameass security guards who apparently couldn't wrestle one moron to the ground?

This kind of conduct? Like an experienced prankster jumping onstage after the Q&A session was closed and firing off a tirade of accusations masked as questions designed solely for effect in a public forum of civil discussion and discourse? I'm definitely no John Kerry fan. And I'm all for free speech but in no way does that include the right to impede on others right to free speech. You have an organized forum. You're going to have rules. This kid broke them and would have been more peacably removed if he didn't resist arrest. Granted, it was a little uncomfortable seeing the taser thing happen but it sends me an "uncomfortable message" when people start underplaying the reality of what really happened and creates a "victim" out of an idiot. Get rid of him.

The decision to taser was no better than this guy going off like that but it's still wrong...wrong because it was forced. Forced on a fellow student who was there with fellow students who had to witness such a horrible thing as one of their own was treated as such. This will long be in their memories...And ours...Was it worth it? Does it teach us that the only way to solve our problems is through violence? Tazering is torture, Torture is violence, Violence is terror....isn't there a war on terror???

AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! You have got to be kidding me, right? Witness such a horrible thing? This will long be in their memories? Right. They will sit back one day and say "Hey, remember that asshat at the Kerry thing".What a hoot that was.

Sorry man, the only torture here is trying to take your post seriously. Really...equating a war with a spoiled brat getting his comeuppance?

Just as I thought...You may be well "conditioned/programed" to see this as non-violence through movies, video games, T.V show COPS etc... Your reaction is quite common these days especially amongst teens...Maybe you would've liked to have seen more? I still like to think that I and many others have my humanity intact and violence has not dulled my grown-up adult senses.
