So I started this get in shape program (programme UK)[;)]

I lost 45-48 lbs since july 10th. But for the last 3 weeks I've been at 215 I used to be at 261. well 212 since this morning. I play soccer and hit the eliptical machine and for some 3 hours a day and still and still that fucking needle won't budge![:(!]. I've been doing weights light weights mega reps. You build muscle you burn fat. I even do yoga, damn it's kicking my ass![xx(] My friend says the plateau is because I am at the point where I am exchanging fat (burning it off) for muscle. Muscle out weighs fat by 2.75 to 1. Is this true? help! well I ever hit 175 at 5'7"? @ 39 years of age??? I thought I could burn it off like in a couple of weeks like they do in the "Biggest Loser" but it's harder that it looks it may take three months since July the 10th when I started. I thought I could floss my pictures buy this month but I'll have to wait until October. My philosophy is this "You either represent or you don't show up at all!"

Since I’ve been hitting the weights, soccer, yoga & boxing gym and I stretch like a mother fucker I’ve been getting back my speed, power, and athleticism I’m just 6-8 weeks away. I’ll fly out there and kick your ass and humiliate your punk ass on your home turf! Yeah I’m talking shit again [8D]! And since this is the bay area I am hitting those athletic supplements too![;)] Yeah and I'm hungry for it too I hit the gym every day soccer and boxing and yoga supplement the rest of the schedule yeah I’m getting it back mother fucker you want to smack that shit I’ll slap that taste out of your punk ass mouth!
