The song is Colbie Callait- Bubbly. (My daughter calls it "Crinkle My Nose"). It's definitely a corny song and video, but it certainly sticks in your head.

Cute, but I automatically have suspicions about a song that has to be played with a capo'd 7th fret. No specific reason, I'm just weird that way. [;)]

Her father, Ken Caillat, was the producer of the fine Fleetwood Mac albums, Rumours and Tusk. So, she obviously has some fine music lineage and has been around music for a long time.
