Give me a friggin break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now we are hearing every day about people getting a noose put in their locker or at their desk at work and how racist it is. I'll be honest, I work with a lot of really cool black people and they don't get it either. In NY a noose means hang em not hang a black guy. Is it different in other parts of the country? The guys I work with say what is the big deal.
