This has got to be a hoax. I find it hard to believe that Sydney Australia has become so infected with US rap/gangsta vernacular that this is even remotely possible.

I'll see if I can dig up the real source of this (Daily Telegraph) and see if there's anything credible there. More than likely this story was picked up to simply inflame all the Bill O'Reilly culture warriors and christmas crusaders who need to get a life.
