Can anyone recomment a free decoder for downloading? I'm trying to figure out how to convert OGG to MP3 files.

Foobar2000....will convert to 256VBR (MP3).

If you want something simple for Windows (no installing, no DLL fallout, etc.) ...
Get the LAME.EXE and OGGDEC.EXE from
http://www.rarewares.org
Get the Multifrontend GUI:
http://members.home.nl/w.speek/multi.htm
Put it all in one directory and run the GUI.
