.............SUICIDE, whats your "favorite" way of doing it?

And dont say this is a stupid thread. We all have suicidal tendencies. [:D]

We thought of committing one once in our life. [:D]

With a gunshot to the head, you run the risk of not succeeding and ending up a drooling vegetable the rest of your life. Plus, even if you succeed, just think of the mess you're going to leave behind for whoever finds you. If I was going to shoot myself, I'd at least be considerate enough to put plastic wrap everywhere first.

I'd choose carbon monoxide poisoning. Get in the car, fire it up, light up a big fattie and crank up something suitable for the occasion. Maybe some Coil or Deutsch Nepal. That in itself would be a cool thread - "What song or songs would you commit suicide to?"

Pills. Lots and lots of pills. Get really high and drift away.......

or be killed by ninjas.

What's with the smileys behind the statements?

The best way to ensure certain death is to have several backup methods in place in case the primary method fails.

For instance... if you decide to hang yourself, you should do so from a bridge such as The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.

Thinking ahead, you should also shoot yourself in the head with a handgun as you jump. In the event the bullet misses your head and severs the rope instead, you will fall to a most certain tragic death landing upon the rocks below- unless of course it is high tide in which case you will, instead, hit the frigid water of the S.F. bay which will react with the many, many pills you took before you left home causing you to vomit shortly before rescue boats pick you out of the water and haul you off to jail.

I think it's just because he find some kind of entertainment value in ANYTHING. After all, he is a Wild Swans fan. Wouldn't you consider suicide fun in comparison?

The old hose from the tailpipe to the car interior trick would work for me.In all honesty I have never entertained these thougts i,m so fucking easy going to a fault.That being said if anybody sent me over the edge I,d kill them because prisons in Canada are pretty soft.I would also be afraid of waking on the other side and passed on friends and relatives would say"what did you do that for asshole"

Gotta go out of this world by Cop Suicide! They shoot me after I barricaded myself in the house supposidly haveing taken hostages, they run out the front door shoowing my son's play cap guns off like in the old west... and SWAT takes me out, maybe even a snipper's bullet!!!

So I'm to chicken shit to pull a trigger, slash my wrists, or fall onto a rope... the car in the garage would be the most easy, now to move att the crap out of the garage and all those scooters... wife would definately know somethings going on, and the weeks of prep time, I'd just stop and leave the garage the way it is... oh well, no wonder I can't commit... [:p][;)][B)]

Pills. Plus a milkshake to make sure I don't barf them up. I keep a stash of Percocet and Vicodin I've hoarded over the years just in case I get diagnosed with an incurable disease or something. Guess I better ask NewWaveRx how long they retain their punch . . . or rather their warm, soothing embrace . . . I really fear the idea of being horribly ill but too disabled to off myself.

But method isn't the only question. You have to think about who is going to find you. (My dead friend was found by her nine year old, who is extremely traumatized, needless to say.) I would want to set it up so I'd be found by people who deal with this stuff all the time, like cops or doctors, not some unfortunate hotel maid or something. Of course, for somoe people, freaking out the person who finds you is the whole point of the act.
