I've always been into 90's rock, so when I heard a few of the songs off of Sponge's new CD 'Galore Galore' that came out in December, I couldn't stop listening. If you are into Filter, Bush, or the Stone Temple Pilots, this disc is definately worth checking out. Check out this ecard that has a little taste of the new album.

It's about fucking time 90s rock came back. I was getting tired of this 80s shit anyway.

Sweet, just in time to coincide with "That 90's Show" on Fox about an everyday Seattle family coping with the hilarity of day to day life, including heroin addiction and the Gulf War, starring Eddie Vedder as "Grandpa".

Hey wait a minute. Does this mean that the Divys, who were New Wave reincarnated, have died (again)?

The only good music coming out in the 90s were the brit pop scene. Im satisfied with the indie scene than I am with grunge rock

Do you guys mean to tell me that this isn't the Grunge Outpost? Why haven't I been paying attention?
We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

Speaking of which, does anyone remember that Grunge message board that was posted a year or two ago? Remember it was like a doppleganger of this one - same personalities, discussions & fights?
spoooooooooky...[;)]

Wolvie's right ... there was a grunge one (of course, Blir's probably right as well ... I just don't remember that one). IIRC Hutter and a few others infiltrated the grunge board after they came here and spammed NWO ... don't know what happened after that.
A 90's revival? I'd be all for it if there was any chance of getting some of the great 90's bands played again(Archers Of Loaf, Guided By Voices, Girls Against Boys etc.), but not if it's going to be just the watered down 7 Mary 3 and Candlebox crap.

Good one[:D] Depending on the angle he kind of looks like that old video game character ... Sonic the Hedgehog I think he's called.
