Good to know...back in Oct. I signed up for Turbo under Road Runner but didn't notice any increase after a month so I called them up. They said that they'd check into it...I totally forgot about it and just last week they sent me a letter saying that the supplied modem wasn't compatible with the upgrade so they're sending me a new modem and crediting my account back to Oct. I guess I'll see if there is an increase as soon as I get the new modem. I'm not really worried about being watched because I'm pretty minimal on downloads anymore. I just like getting it fast.
