Times haven't changed that much. Anyone else remember running into a cop like these back in the day. LOL! Cops like this give the rest a bad name.

Reminds me of one night in the late 80's a cop was questioning me. At one point I said "Dude" and he replied "I'm not a dude. I'm a deputy."

A Baltimore police officer was suspended yesterday after a YouTube video surfaced on the Internet showing him berating and manhandling a teenage skateboarder at the Inner Harbor.

I'm guessing "Dude" has been pulling this shit on unsuspecting and meek for 17 years as a cop and probably before that as a non- uniformed asshole. That's what a bully does until somebody stops them. Way to make Baltimore proud Officer Rivieri!
