Had to go with Daltry,he is the most famous face and I think back in the 60,s there was a Who song about him being the face.

I picked Weller of course, but a second nod goes to Billy Bragg who's mod cred includes covering "That's Entertainment", having Ian McLagen in his band & an early Fred Perry fashion sense.
