"According to the RCW 9A.88.010, “A person is guilty of indecent exposure if he or she intentionally makes any open and obscene exposure of his or her person … knowing that such conduct is likely to cause reasonable affront or alarm.”"

I am alarmed by shirtless fat guys, so I guess they're violating the law?

There's always going to be some entrepreneur looking for an edge. I'd probably go once to see what the excitement is all about, but if the coffeee wasn't good, I wouldn't be back. I don't think so anyway. How naked are these women anyway?

But the competition has upped the ante by dropping the bikini tops for pasties.

The last season of Big Brother had a contestant who was a "bikini Barista." I thought it was something she made up to show off her abnormally round breast implants & not something someone actually did.

Are people that horny on the way to work that they need their coffee served by a stripper? I mean I don't think it's such a bad idea...but not a demographic I'd ever think of....

Most Vancouverites are so consumed on their blackberry's in the morning they wouldn't notice if the barista was naked. They just want coffee.
