gas is $3.89 per gallon here. this lady comes into this QuikTrip store and says "Five dollars on number seven". that would only give her 1.282 gallons of gas. Sure, $5.00 would be ok if her car got 100 mpg, or if the price of gas was $1.00 per gallon

Maybe that was all she had to spend on gas at the time. When my wife and I were first married I remember taking my change in to pay for gas numerous times. Thankfully our financial picture has improved dramatically since then.

Was the woman in question missing any teeth?
