The Howard Stern News team should have full coverage on Sulu's wedding tomorrow morning. I'll be listening in.

BTW, did anyone listen to the Newlywed Game they did on Stern a few weeks back with George and Brad? It was classic!

Having not experienced Star Trek first hand, Sulu's partner will probably ask to "visit Uranus"

Good for Sulu... Now if they had only made him the Captain! [:D]

Not THAT Firm. This was a novelty act. One of motnow's WLIR tapes had this song. I completely forgot about it.

I live in California and can say I am not the least bit thrilled with what's going on here, and for both religious and secular reasons. And yes what happens here does have ramifications for the rest of the country. Some states have already protected traditional marriage through referendums and through state constitutional amendments, but that won't stop the gay activists from challenging those statutes at the Supreme Court level and from actively pursuing the policy changes in states where no stand has been officially taken.

I think it's awesome that CA lifted this outrageous ban. Why in the world should there be a ban on types of marriage ? Why should the gov't care if gays marry ? Folks who proclaim that gay marriage is a threat to the sanctity of marriage are living in the stone ages. What specifically about gay marriage could possibly threaten the institution of traditional marriage ? Dimwits !

I like that Obama has recently stated that he is opposed to the upcoming constitutional referendum about this. Shows some sense, to me.

For those who feel traditional marriage is threated, I suggest that you move to Utah. Some people there beleive so wholeheartedly in marriage between a man & a woman that they do it time & time again. Should make you feel right at home....

With the divorce rate in the United States averaging about 51% I am compelled to wonder for what "sanctity" (of marriage) are the "traditionalists" fighting.

Great. Another Crypto-Theocrat joins the fray at the Outpost.[xx(]

Here's a radical thought for ya there WLIRRIP. Don't like homosexuality? Then don't practice it.

As I've said before the history of the Western world would have so much less bloody had their only been an 11th Commandment:

"As long as thy neighbor is not hurting thee or thine, thou shalt mind thy own damn business."

I will give you props for at least contribuing to the music side of the Outpost before diving in the NNNW end of the pool.
