This would read "your summer reading list" if I had time to read anymore. But alas...

My first three came in the mail today after I finally got off my ass and ordered them last week:

Joy Division - the documentary
Control - the movie
New Order Live in Glasgow - amazing archival footage on the second disk.

You may sense a trend here.

-As many Monty Python shows as I can record from BBC America
-10,000 BC on Pay per view
-Control - the movie (hopefully on PPV, but I doubt it)
-Brian Eno's "Thursday Afternoon"

Worlds GREATEST Photographer!

<p align="justify">I have 500 movies in my netflix queue and I have about 500 movies in my personal collection. These, plus the stuff on TCM, should turn my brain to tapioca in no time[}:)]

<p align="justify">I just acquired two Anchor Bay box sets of Dario Argento's work and Mario Bava's work. Last week, I got a Miyazaki Hayao box set at Borders. So I've got around 15 more movies to add to the pile[}:)] There's stuff right now I haven't opened yet and I'm already planning on getting the [i]Candy Candy[/i] 115-episode series, which is most likely of better quality than the bootleg I currently have.

<p align="justify">... and a reading list?! I ran out of shelf space for the books. I bought [i]The Wonderful Wizard Of Oz[/i], [i]Steppenwolf[/i], [i]Crash[/i], [i]The Idiot[/i], a compilation of Robert Frost poems (which I'm thinking of giving to a friend), and five or six more on my desk.

I've got promos of both the Control DVD and Joy Division doc DVD but haven't watched them yet.
Also gonna watch the promo DVD of CJ7 cuz I love Stephen Chow movies.
I've got a shitload of cheesy horror flicks to watch, too.

Today, watched Diary Of The Dead DVD. Saw it in the theater during it's limited engagement. Fine zombie film.

Theater-wise, gotta see Wall E, Hulk, Hancock, Mummy 3, Hellboy 2 and more. Lotsa fine films coming this summer...

I saw an teevee series from 1988. He's pretty good in it. It's called [i]The Justice Of Life[/i]. Even though he's a supporting actor, he pretty much stole every scene he was in.

I plan on spending the entire summer watching and re-watching:
