It will rain all day here in N.Y. but I am still going to the beach club.(known as the Irish Riviera)
I might hit Coney Island on the way home to get a beer at the Freak bar.

We're having relatives over for a barbecue and, of course, I will be the chef. Burgers, hot dogs, sausages, salads and a few Sam Adams.
We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

BTW, July 4 is celebrated here as Filipino-American Friendship Day. Our former date of Independence Day which now falls on June 12 when we get rid of the Spaniards with Uncle Joe's help.

No kidding. I had a couple of rockets blow up on me inside their mortars. That was exciting! Total pyro here. We must have launched about 300 pretty large rockets, maybe the output of a small town display. Bwaaaahahahahah! [}:)]

Heh, the fireworks over the bay will start in about an hour and a half, and so our neighborhood is being invaded by the PNLUs (people not like us) . . . littering on our lawn, peeing in our bushes, etc.
Just spent a couple of ours being the Stepford Wife and entertaining Mr. Hex's business colleagues. Wasn't too bad, really. A little sleepy from the margaritas . . . . . Happy 4th.

I went to a relatives waaay out in the country. It was nice & quiet, although I was attacked repeatedly by a wild puppy for the entire 6 hours. It was pretty awesome, although my arms look like I got caught in barbed wire....man, I love puppies.
