walked by the front door the other day, thought I had a package, but it was one of the 6 baby coyotes that were born behind my house:

night before last he stopped by for some dog food:

here's a few weeks ago mom and one of the baby's just outside our gates. Mom, Dad and all 6 babies were out:

Better be careful. Next thing you know those coyotes will be stopping by for some fresh dog meat.

I wouldn't worry about them unless you start finding empty ACME crates addressed to Wile E Coyote around the neighborhood.

"My new fingerless hand!"

My sister had one in her back yard one evening last summer, she had about 15 people over, mostly children and it came running into her yard not afraid of anyone. Turned out the poor thing was rabid. My brother-in-law had to shoot it. Please be careful.

Yes, we are aware of the potential dangers, their cumulative weight is probably less than one of the two very large dogs we have, one was in the back yard some time ago but saw the dogs and scaled our 6 foot fence with ease. Hasn't been in the back since.

Since the babies have been born, way less rabbits out front. No one will come do anything about them, one got into a scuffle with a poodle last year down the street but it ended in a tie.

Admittedly, they are just too cute! [:D]

Still - are there any small dogs in the neighborhood? I knew a couple whose Pomeranian was carried off by a coyote, and they just took their eyes off him for a few minutes. [:(]

now that I think of it, there aren't as many as there used to be[:o)]

Rabbits can be mean that way. Good thing the Coyotes are there to get rid of them.

I hope your pet had poodle for dinner. I hate those dogs!

How do these coyotes feel about squirrels?


We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

he must have gotten a scolding from mom as he hasn't come to the front of the house anymore. They are still behind us though.
