In my neighborhood there are no Vote Obama or Vote McCain signs anywhere. Usually during a presidental election people have them on their lawns and bumper stickers on their cars.

Is this the same where everyone else lives?

No, I've seen two homes with McCain/Palin yard signs... they have been mislead.

However, I've seen tons of Obama bumper stickers and a handfull of McCain ones, as well as numerous 7-11 'Obama' cups purchased!

I have seen one Obama 08 bumper sticker. On a drive out to the East End of Long Island's farm country a couple of weeks ago I did see two McCain signs and one Obama sign. But that is it.

It's very strange for this area not to see the lawn signs.

Well I'm on the more 'liberal?' West Coast in Blue State California, and I have not seen hardly any lawn signs at all. Are folks just burnt out on the whole campaign because it's been so long, or what?

Lots of signs and bumper stickers for both here, I'm sporting my NOBAMA sticker on my car.

Maybe it is because it has been a long campaign. I remember during the primaries I saw a lot of signs, many for Edwards.
It is just very, very strange. Usually it would be littered with lawn signs here. I was thinking may people are voting for Obama but don't want to advertise it to the neighbors. I don't know. Any other Long Islanders notice the difference?

No signs here but the reason is its Brooklyn. If you put up a sign someone will break it, take it, or write on it.

There is only a McCain sign in my neighborhood, but I see both types all over Syracuse.

I am noticing more NOBama bumper stickers out East here on the North Shore of Long Island. Which to me is a good thing!

My kids and I took a road trip through Southern Utah two weeks ago, and I was amazed at the number of Obama/Biden signs in yards. Amazed in a good way [:)]

I've seen a good share of both with maybe the edge going to Obama. [;)]

I still have my RON PAUL sign in my yard and my RON PAUL REVOLUTION sticker on my car...My next door neighbor has his OBAMA sign just two feet away from my RON PAUL!....He has plastic pink flamingos scattered about in his yard too.[:o)]

There are tons of political signs & stickers around here ![:)]
Mostly Obama and local/Congress/Senate Democrat ones, with a few McCain ones sprinkled in here and there.
Folks here I think get pretty vocal...we're a University city.
there are also a LOT of homemade signs, overwhelmingly anti-war, anti-GOP, and anti-Bush.
I'll see if I can post a pic or two. It's AWESOME to see people so involved (on both sides, although like I said, there are mostly OBAMA signs).
