For what it is worth, the decision <a href="http://www.nationalpost.com/news/canada/story.html?id=1018724">has been reversed</acronym></a>.
Unlike <a href="http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20081119.wlanguage19/BNStory/National/home">certain others</acronym></a>.
Really not surprising. So many things that seem like a great idea in a small, "right thinking" group, be it a university student council, private sector firm (automotive, financials, whatever), internet message board, or national government, just don't translate well when they hit a broader audience. Pesky groupthink!
