We do this every year...so here I go.
Continue my training. I have been working out tons for the past few months and I will be turning it up a notch this year.
Try not to take everything personally...which I do.
Continue my better world plan. I am involved with a few charities already but I plan help more.
I also plan to help at least one person every day with something.
I will try to bite my tongue and only say helpful things.(when possible)

I start training for a 5K on Jan. 1.
I hope I don't die. In the past, I wouldn't have run if a lion were chasing me, so I'm not exactly in running condition.
I'm going to take it slow. The race I want to run in isn't until Dec. 09. That gives me plenty of time to get prepared.
