...it's friggin' cold out here in NE Ohio (land of cows and abandoned steel mills). Minus 8 and with the wind chill, minus 23.

The hairs in my nose are still frozen and my one eye started to seal shut. I had to go back in the house. I have a 5 foot long icicle hanging off of my gutters.

Did I say it was cold? Wow....I really wanted to stay in bed this morning but noooooooo.....I have to go to work. Damn.

-8 only, geez I would love to have that. I went out to start the car this morning it was -34 C, translation = -29 F without the wind chill, The F and C stand for FUCKING COLD!!!!

Life's what you make it.

Well in the summer we bake, but in the winter it's awesome here... Today it was sunny & 78 degrees.

Forecast for Phoenix the next 5 days...
Saturday - sunny & 75
Sunday - sunny & 74
Monday - sunny & 80
Tuesday - sunny & 75
Wednesday - mostly sunny & 72

I lived in NE Ohio for 23 years, that's why I live in Phoenix now (18+ years)

Max, I can appreciate that. I lived in western Pennsylvania for 40 years. I remember the days when my nose froze solid.

That's what make's it so comical on days like today. Today in central Florida it went down to a frigid 43 degrees. When I left for work today there was a neighbor walking a dog with a down coat on and mittens and a scarf. She was dressed like she was walking the dog in Nome, Alaska.
