1. Watching the evening news and seeing people in their mid-twenties outside a recent Britney Spears concert applauding her for playing "the old songs they grew up with" and it suddenly dawns on me that Britney Spears has been a pop star for more than 10 years and I can no longer cite her as an example of the music of today.

Anyone else want to contribute.....

Playing Rockband with my son, knowing all the words to Cool For Cats and have him look at me and ask, "just how old is this song?"

In my 20's I had sex tri-weekly.

In my 30's I used to try weekly.

Now in my 40's I try weakly.

When I see customers I've known since they were young enough to have to be driven to my store by their parents, who are now bringing their kids to my store...makes me feel f'n ancient. The thinning hair on top ain't helping, either.

<p align="justify">1. Feeling overwhelmed by technology, including new video game systems[}:)]

2. People not having a clue about the movies, music, and books I reference because they're too old. Me not having a clue about the movies, music, and books because they're too contemporary (and by "contemporary" I mean stuff from the 90s)[}:)]

3. Realising I am a "creepy old dude" for digging college girls[xx(]

When I hear the songs that first got me into music and realize that it was 30+ years ago.
