10 Celebrities Who Are Poorer Than You

<img src="http://www.stockwire.com/images/willie_aames.gif">

Willie Aames
Kim Basinger
Anita Bryant
Gary Coleman
Corey Haim

MC Hammer
Don Johnson
O.J. Simpson
Mike Tyson
Michael Vick

I love this nugget:

In 1993, Basinger purchased the entire town of Braselton, Georgia for $20 million dollars. She subsequently had to sell Braselton and file for bankruptcy.

There's also that guy INXS had for a leed singer and recently fired... he makes money by whoreing himself out on his Myspace to his groupies who pay to be in his fanclub. Fucking creepy. JD Fortune I think? yeah... >_>

Wow, that bit about Basinger is hilarious. XD

I'll bet if Kim Basinger was really poor, she could have someone "ghost" an autobiography about her life and go on the book signing tour. People are willing to buy almost anything...

...unless of course it's a book by/about Willie Aames, Anita Bryant, Gary Coleman, Corey Haim, Don Johnson or MC Hammer.

Maybe, Anita Bryant could get her right wing following to buy an autobiography. A Tyson or Vick book could also be a seller.

As for O.J., may I suggest a title?

We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

Willie Aimes must really be worthless if a $150,000 investment is "enough" to bankrupt him.

Guess those VH1 sublebrity royalties can only get you so far, eh?

[/quote]She could play the lead in the movie version but use her pseudonym Bim Kasinger [:D]

Seriously though, she filed for bankruptcy around 1993, and has made more than 15 movies since then, including winning the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for L.A. Confidential in 1997, I'll bet she's doing just fine.
