Creed Reuniting!!!

Thus spake Scott Stapp of Creed on his reunion with the band that played the lesser gods of Asgard to his Mighty Thor before disbanding in 2004, after which his boys - or bastards, as he no doubt called them at the time - went on to continued success without him in a band called Alter Bridge.
Can you say, "Zounds?!"
They'll don the Belt of Strength to launch a mighty tour in August with a stop in Glendale on Sept. 29.
And there's talk of an actual album, their first since 2001's six-times-platinum "Weathered."
Apparently, Stapp's the one who set the Viking ship in motion, reaching out to Alter Bridge guitarist Mark Tremonti last December. They met at a Florida Hard Rock and as Stapp told Rolling Stone, "I was nervous, but also excited because I knew Mark would bring nothing but positivity. We exchanged family pictures and within 20 minutes we were jamming on acoustic guitars and talking about new songs."
They also hugged it out, it seems.
As Stapp told Rolling Stone, "We were collectively saying, 'Hey man, I'm sorry if I hurt you or my choices did anything to cause you any pain. I have nothing but love and forgiveness for you and I hope you can forgive me. It's all part of the process of reflection and not looking back at the six months out of 10 years that were trying.'"
