Cool, glad you like. And then I see a video like this and I suddenly want to be a location scout. Must be so cool to work on videos.

I just watched this one before I saw the post ... got an update from their mailing list! I applaud Empire's efforts at producing cinematic, exotic, otherworldly HD-quality videos shot all over the globe (China, Mexico, Australia), although all of them come off a bit cheesy. Who knows how much of it was deliberate since even their album cover is a stylistic knockoff of '80s sci-fi movie posters. Love the music tho'![8D] I'll bet they have another single/video in them with "Half Mast".

Don't hesitate to get the album, but be prepared to be underwhelmed by a few tracks. Very promising debut and I'm looking forward to more from them.

I like the song and video but so far I like the song/video for "We are the people" best. Thanks . Hope these guys stay around for awhile . [8D]

It's like the MGMT buzz all over again... it's like the same thing, in fact, for a few seconds when I first heard it I was sure it was it. That's why one likes them but I see nothing original going on here.
