Never mind that, where do I sign up to get hired for a job like this?

Is this a speaker friendly environment or do I have to use headphones?

If the phone rings am I required to hit "pause" and answer it?

Can I sue for workers compensation due to ear damage while I was at work?

Everyone I work with hates 80's music, but I listen to it all the time. I've never seen a turntable that you could hit "pause" on but I imagine they exist. I rarely answer the phone here anyway.
