I've lost the ability to get on the internet from my home computer. It's not my DSL. The Dell people tell me we may have to do factory reset. Does this sound right or is there an easier fix? I know I have back up all my files when we do the reset. I'm a real dummy when it comes to this stuff. Any advice?
