iTunes Workaround

Does anybody know hot to buy a song from iTunes UK while here in the States? Thanks for any help.....

A "friend" of mine tried that and finally resorted to using a peer to peer file sharing service. They definitely have some cool stuff that we can't get in the states.

You need a good friend in the UK who will let you use their home address for a credit card application. Then sign up for iTunes as a new user with that credit card.

if you had a friend in the UK they may be able to "Gift" the songs to your through the iTunes store. It sends you a message via email that someone has gifted some music to you. You log into your account and they should download to your account. Not too sure if this will work from UK to US though but its worth a shot.

Here's a link to the Apple site regarding this process, it doesn't say anything about limitations of sending from UK to US or anything of that nature.
