I don't have a dog in this fight and in my opinion, both parties should be executed for crimes against good taste ... but it's too much of a WTF moment to not see it at least once:

LOL I thought this was gonna be one of the thousands of "Lady Ga Ga is actually a man" videos which is the YouTube generation's top conspiracy theory, right behind "Michael Jackson is alive".

Lady Ga Ga is not really in my frame of reference since I bailed on pop culture a few years ago but from the snippets of music I've heard she seems to have all the depth and integrity of Shannon or Expose. Just another dance-pop diva that, for some reason, we're all supposed to take seriously. I'm sure it won't be long before Thom Yorke or somebody like that declares her "a genius" and it gets picked up on Pitchfork or Brooklyn Vegan's blog and then it'll be practically illegal to be dismissive of her unless you want your "indie" credentials taken away. Maybe that's already happened and I'm just out of the loop.

Meh...I'd rather look at Britney Spears. At least she's legitimately crazy and has great cans.

Agreed. The hype does not equal the artistic output. And those outfits that desperately scream "look at me" don't help.

I'm still trying to figure out who's more lame, Lady(?) Gaga or the WBC. I have to give it to the WBC ... I just expected more from the folks who gave us "God Hates The World". They should take a few lessons from the Church Of Euthanasia on how to really make a controversial video.

Seriously, that video is rather, er, left-field and can see how others would find it offensive, it's as if David Lynch made a music video.
