The former county judge and now Democratic Congressman who gets paid 174,000 of your tax dollars per year to serve, expresses his concern that sending troops to Guam may "capsize" the island!

LOL, almost sounds like an April Fool's joke. Johnson can barely talk-- like he's so stupid he might forget to breathe.

Here was his response to Joe Wilson's "You lie!" exclamation during Obama's speech.

Apparently, Johnson's predecessor in that district, Cynthia McKinney (D) was also a controversial figure (and a 9-11 truther).
