<p align="justify">I don't understand why this shit isn't stopped dead on the spot as it happens. Make a lot of noise and file a formal complaint with h.r. I haven't seen any sexual harrassment situations where I work at, but there's a girl who tells some guys to back off because they're in her personal space (i.e., "would you mind stepping back a bit? You're making me feel uncomfortable"). When she told me, I laughed a bit, but I told her I agree there are creeps out there that girls have to be curt with. Later on, she had to transfer out because her supervisor would usually ask her personal questions about dating, boyfriends, etc., unprompted (the supervisor seemed cool to me, but I'm not the one being asked all that personal shit). However, I could easily get sacked for saying all kinds of inappropriate comments if rules were followed strictly. Example: at a general staff meeting/luncheon, I playfully told a girl, "Wow! You look hot!" 'cause of the way she did her hair. Holy crap, that was retarded. Hahaha. It dawned on me a fraction of a second later I wasn't using my "inside voice" and it might be taken the wrong way by everyone else... but they laughed it off, including the girl. She turned out to be one of the coolest, laid back, and friendliest persons with me there[}:)]
