Now that "TEAMWORK" has been codified as one of our corporate values, individual effort and hard work don't count for anything. If you don't involve at least 6 other people in what you're doing, you get chastised and shamed, even if you've saved a hundred hours of time by avoiding countless meetings to form the team, establish goals, get buy in, gain consensus, hug, and take a group decision...only to leave you doing all the fucking actual work by yourself! ARGH!!!

If I hear another one of our wanker managers say "Remember, people, T=Together, E=Everyone, A=Achieves, M=More" I'll go postal!!!

Listen, asshole, there's no "I" in TEAM, but there is a "U" in CUNT!!!

TEAM CUNT is a great team name though. Get yourselves some t-shirts.

But to do otherwise would mean taking more individual responsibility, less passing the buck and that those who produce more might be acknowledged for it and rewarded accordingly. And those that were incompetent would be exposed. A system like that could never work here in America.
