Jersey City Restaurants/Watering Holes

Looks like I'll be spending 25% of my time in Jersey for the foreseeable future. I know Hoboken has a lot of good restaurants and bars, but any recommendations in the redeveloped part of Jersey City itself would be most appreciated.

Yeah I know...but with the PATH Manhattan is only 3 minutes away.

I think I'll be in town next week but not until April after that because of other travel. Would be great to do something, should be lots of opportunities in the months ahead.
