I'm going with Richard Hawley. Like some reviewers have said, it's like a long lost classic that isn't. Not next wave at all. Uber mellow but great guitar work, including some sweet 12-string work.

Well, as much as I like Editors, and am fairly pleased with the offerings by Arctic Monkeys and Hot Chip, I'm going to have say that - IMHO - the new Muse album, "Black Holes And Revelations" - blows them all the hell away. It's not Next Wave, but Goddess is it gorgeous!
