I finally got around to listening to these compilations which I found thanks to a link on club80's P5 blog. As Mookie posted, I have never heard of any of these groups and probably wouldn't have if I hadn't happened upon the link. Thanks again club80 & Mookie. Not necessarily next wave per se but I think some of these will appeal to a lot of people here.

Try the compilation 'Kids at the Club'. It includes some of the Scandinavian finest.
