Well, despite this being the "Next Wave" forum, the NWOutpost is'nt the exactly the best place to discuss bands like Editors and Aqueduct, as there are'nt as many people here interested in these bands as you would find at an Indie-Rock board for example (with the few exceptions of the folks who DO post here).[;)]
I work on "Left Of Center" at Sirius and Aqueduct and Editors get regular airplay and are often requested.

Ditto. I'm glad someone brought up Editors in a thread. One of my workers is really into them, and she's been the most receptive to the kind of music I play in the stores, Editors and groups like it open doors for smartening up the young 'uns. If we want new wave to stay alive past our years, we gotta encourage and sometimes embrace the better music being made today, Next Wave or otherwise. Otherwise we become our parents, and that's no fun at all.
(Have the kids left the room yet? They Have? Okay...)

Maybe you've got some pull...Could you please tell someone there at Sirius to stop playing The Working Title -The Mary Getaway, that song is on all the time on three different channels![:(!] I'm not even talking about it being good or bad, just quit playing it so much!!![:(!][:(!][;)]
