Have you checked out the Brit Pop documentary "Live Forever"? It spends too much time on Oasis but it's loaded with great clips.
The soundtrack is a double CD with just about every essential track you could imagine.
There were a bunch of 90's bands like Sleeper, Cast, These Animal Men, Gene, etc. that did'nt do a thing in the U.S. but were great!

I didn't watch it but I remember a good show about Brit Pop that was hosted by Jo Whiley back in the 90's, I don't remember the name.
I think Blur are the ultimate Brit Pop group, because they show a lot diversity in their sound.When you compare their trashy tunes like "Charmless Man" and "Parklife" with "Tender" and "The Universal" and them again with "Song2" ,you get the whole idea of what Brit Pop really was in one single band.

Everybody forgets Mansun when talking about Brit-pop. Why is that? "Attack Of The Grey Lantern" and "Six" were great albums!
