Singles are Dominos & Velvet....infectious stuff...somehow reminds me of Charlatans UK minus the Manchester beat. Also has a sorta Shout Out Louds feel...I dunno I just like it.

Enjoy!

First thing is,I'd like to ask A Place to Bury Strangers for my eardrums back. Holy shit! I thought BRMC was loud. Halfway thru their set I had to buy earplugs for the first time ever. I like their music and they're competent musicians but their post-punk sound turned into a post- punk noise fest.

The Big Pink have a very interesting sound. I don't know what to call them, post -punk electro pop. A very tight band, they definitely nailed the songs I was familiar with. I enjoyed them, I'd have to give them a B+ on the TB rating scale. My only complaint was the pacing of the set( a couple mellow songs back to back in the middle) and they only played an hr, with no encore. Lack of material I guess.
