I think you're fudging your age a bit there Glok. We're pretty close in age and any high school dance I ever attended always played Beth or Dust In The Wind, followed up by disco ball drop and Stairway To Heaven. [:D]

I'm glad you said something, '82, because I was going to say that it must have been nice to attend a high school dance that played ANYTHING new wave. I still remember my first slow dance to Jermaine Jackson [:0]

Now M, that's just gay. I didn't even know that Jermaine Jackson had a song. I thought he was only in the J5 because he was the brother big enough to hold the bass. Besides, his middle name is LaJaune. Who the hell gives their kid the middle name "yellow"? Ha ha. Now my first slow dance was to Aerosmith Dream On. Of course I was only 4 at the time. [;)]

Seriously, I know it's gay, but I was almost 12 yrs. old - I'm talking the serious slow dance ... not the ones on dad's feet [:)] Hopefully I won't get kicked off NWO for posting this [;)]

When I Need You ~ Leo Sayer, another Jr. High slow dance classic from my youth. I still like it. Also staying with that hair can't be real theme. That fro weighed more than the rest of him combined.

Ok, here's mine. Still with the hair theme. Big white man hair. Only I've added the "constipated while singing" ballad look of the 70's
