Hello!
One real obscure "thing": In about 1981 a cover version of the old 60's tune "Wild Thing" appeared on a German TV show called "Bananas", sung by a young red haired lady. The arrangement was very atmospheric (synth only, no drums) and the voice was more speaking and moaning than really singing. In the show (which was re-broadcast last year) her name was credited as "Julie Wallis". On a site listing cover versions of "Wild Thing" I found an entry of "Judy Wallace".
Does anyone know this song and can tell which is the right name/spelling and maybe even post the song? If not I'll try to rip it from my video tape for all those interested.
