And now for something completely different...

For those who are uninitiated into the madness from Down Under which is T.I.S.M. (This Is Serious Mum), just a taste:

"Tony the beat" by The Sounds. This has a very definite retro-punk-new wave appeal, G-R-E-A-T song!!

If I could buy my reasoning,
I would pay to lose

1970 Eric Burden and War "When I was Young"..Loved this tune since I was a little kid.I know most will deplore it here understandably.Still,a very good rare classic !

bowiestation , When I was young is a great song but like when I posted U.F.O. on here , no replies . Two great songs but not on the right kind of music forum. Oh well. [:(]
Here's a song that might work better here.

My first thought was Green Grass & High Tides by The Outlaws but my final answer is the live version of Sweet Jane from Lou Reed's Rock & Roll Animal, featuring the twin guitar leads of Dick Wagner and Steven Hunter (who were both in-demand axemen back in the 70's and also recorded for the likes of Alice Cooper, Aerosmith and KISS).
