Two Tribes

Postby DonGately » Thu Jun 22, 2006 12:20 pm

Back in the good ol' days, seemed there were about fifty thousand different versions of "Two Tribes" released by Frankie Goes to Hollywood. Actually, there may have only been two or three, but I recall a number of different album covers and other cuts on the 12" singles (things like "The Last Voice...", etc).

I'm not looking for any of the remixes that came out in the 90s. But if anyone has mixes from the original 12"s and any associated tracks, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks, DG

I've also got these:
Two Tribes (Carnage) 7:56
Two Tribes (Don't Want To Die) 4:12
Two Tribes (Fluke's Magimix Instrumental) 5:27
Two Tribes (Hibakusha Mix) 6:36

To my ears, these are all mid-80s mixes...I bought a CD5 with about 7 versions on it a few years ago. It's amazing how one version fits one mood (air raid sirens, anyone?) and other versions fit other moods.

If you want any or all, just say the word!
